1. Where did the term "Toon" come from? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
You fools...it's because CCP has an office in Newcastle, which of course is known as the Toon. Solved.

If you are talking about the Level 4 Epic Arc, you may well need a friend along as well...I tried to run it in a Navy Domi with almost perfect drone skills and needed someone in a Tengu to help me out with tanking; I doubt an Astarte would be able...

And exactly what noise would a weapon firing in space make? None. QED. They should spend time on fixing LOS - tell me how can I be hit by a laser when I'm behind an asteroid?

8. Null is Broken, Hisec working as intended. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Just get rid of hi-sec, lo-sec, null; put in place an effective concord across random systems, and make entry points into systems random so that entry gates can't be camped (although exit gates can). Simples!

11. Why does nullsec care so much about what highsec is doing? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
One point that players seem to forget/ignore is that there are very few players (as % of the total player base) who play nullsec only; most nullsec players will also have hi-sec alts. The argument about the balance of the economy would hold true ...
